Who controls the Kaspa community development fund?

The Kaspa public development fund is controlled by four elected Community Treasurers: @demisrael, @msutton, @The SheepCat, and @Tim. The fund uses a 2-of-4 multisig wallet, meaning at least two of the four treasurers must sign off on any transaction — no single person can move the funds alone. The treasurers were chosen by a vote in the Kaspa Discord server. For a beginner, this structure means the community's collected funds have a layer of checks built in, reducing the risk that any one person could misuse them.
