What can Kaspa message signing be used for?
Message signing opens the door to proving ownership of funds and, in the future, native assets — all without moving any KAS. The most immediate use case is confirming that you control a specific address: a wallet or app can ask you to sign a challenge message, check the signature, and know the address is yours. Native asset ownership proofs are also planned but not yet implemented at the time of this writing. A published standard for message signing ensures that different wallets and applications all produce and verify signatures in a compatible way, so the ecosystem can build these features reliably.
